Wake Up and Burn those Fat

I read that the best way to loose those stubborn fat fast is to do cardio (30 min minimum) right when you wake up. Here’s the rational. When you just wake up, your tummy is empty right? When you do exercise, your body will search for energy to use. When it finds nothing in your stomach, it will go directly to your fat storage for energy and the fat will burn up so fast!

I will definitely try this but if you are in a hurry to go to work, this is not so practical unless you wake up earlier. :P
