Late of Sleep = Fast Forward Aging

My wife falls sick a day after her has only 4 hours of sleep. She was staying up late to finish all her pending paid post. Well, this is not healthy and productive at all. Due to this she is unable to blog for 2 days because she is not feeling well and unable to write due to her cold and giddiness.

Do you know that after only a few days of sleep deprivation, the body undergoes changes similar to “fast-forward” aging? Meaning, we grow old faster! We will experience memory loss, metabolism problems (with sugar and hormones), and poor athletic performance. If sleep deprivation continues over the long term, it increases the risk of more serious health problems, such as a weakened immune system, diabetes, depression, high blood pressure and obesity. Yes, you will become fat instead of thinner.
