I was an athletic and also in the cadet. I dare say I am a good one too. I was very fit then. My wife got attracted to me because of my broad shoulders, nice triceps and “buns” on my tummy. *grins*
Unfortunately I can’t boast about it anymore now. I am so out of shape due to work. Working in the internet cafe the whole day does not do good to my body.
I just bought a punching bag hoping that it would help tone my muscle. But that is surely not sufficient. Thanks to Wellsphere.com, I got below Tricep Exercises Tips. Am sure gonna put it to practice.
Do Push Ups.
Do push ups to tones your chest, shoulders and triceps. If a normal pushup is too hard, try doing a pushup from your knees.
Try dips.
To tone your chest and triceps, try doing dips. Do 2 or 3 sets of 10. If it’s hard for you, try assisted dips.
Swim.
Swimming is a great exercise for your whole body. It works your back, triceps, chest, abs and shoulders.
Close grip push ups.
If you want to work your triceps more while doing pushups, bring your hands closer together.Tricep extensions.
Use the rope or bar at the gym and pull down until your triceps are fully extended. Do 8 - 10 reps.
Bench press.
If you’re working out at the gym, the bench press is one of the best exercises you can do for your triceps and back.
