If you are a foreign student living in this country, some banks does not accept foreign student as the loan applicant. So, if you are a foreigner here, you can forget about getting Unsecured loans.

Due to it, my brother who is supposed to be the foreigner student guarantor ended being the buyer but monthly installment will be paid by the foreign student. Well, in a way it is good as my brother car is legally his.

This adds up to his list of Loans which mostly are Homeowner loans, he just a bought another house. I hope his health won’t deteriorate working so hard to pay up his loans.

Do you know that loans is very hazardous to health? For instance, if you have so many personal loans or secured loans to pay, I am sure you will need to work extra hard to earn money to pay for your loans. A very simple example is my wife.

She wanted to settle our loans ASAP and she blog till the wee hours of the day. Sometimes she sleeps for only 4 hours a day. She felt sick a few times due to it.

In order to prevent her from stressing herself up, I am currently actively blogging for money to ease her burden which I did not place upon her.

My tenant who is a foreigner called me and asked me to be his guarantor. He wants to buy a car. Although he came from a rich family, he does not want to burden his parents by asking them to buy the car by cash. He wants to finance the car using his monthly allowance. The car salesman managed to find bank loans for him but the bank required a guarantor who is a local. So he called me up and requested me to be his guarantor. He even offered some money for me to be the guarantor.

My wife is a bit worried about the request. Knowing the legal implications of becoming a guarantor we decided not to accept his request and offer. Hire purchase loans are not exactly the same as secured loans. If anything happened to my tenant and he failed to pay the monthly installment, the guarantor would have to bear the risk of paying the remaining installment amount. Although the bank can re-possessed the car, the value of the car normally does not exceed the remaining amount owing to the bank. The guarantor would normally apply for personal loans to pay the amount owing. This is the risk a person would have to take when he agreed to be the guarantor.

Medical expenses is rising in almost every countries. If you do not have any medical insurance, you will unlikely be able to be admitted to a private hospital in times of emergency. Your only option is to go to government hospital (hopefully you will not have to pay a lot there). I would like to encourage you to keep yourself healthy. It is better to spend on maintaining good health than paying for medical expenses. And it is cheaper.

I know of people who have to use their credit card to pay for medical expenses of their loved ones. And when they delayed payment or unable to pay the credit card company, they will be on the bad credit list. Some had to resort to get personal loans from the bank to pay the medical bills. That is why it is good to maintain healthy lifestyle.

I realized that most people would appreciate if they were given a bonus. The extra money could mean a lot to some people especially to those who are in need. It could be the amount that could provide the normal three meals a day for the family. Or it could be the amount needed to pay the children’s school fees. Most people would be happy to receive an extra income.

I too am happy to know about Payperpost. It is indeed a source of extra income for me. My wife started blogging actively and when she was accepted into Payperpost, she managed to get the extra income that we needed. That would be my first buy. I hope with that equipment I would be able to keep myself healthy even while busy blogging.

My mom was hospitalized for one month due to liver infection. At first we admitted her to a private hospital until her condition is stable then we transferred her to the government hospital until she fully recovered. Thank God, He blessed my mom with many children that she does not need to get any Loan for her medical expenses. I have 11 siblings!

However I did get Personal Loan from my wife to contribute to my mom’s medical fund because I do not have much savings because I just started my business.

If she is still driving her Kancil, I am sure I would not be able to contribute to my mom’s medical fund because she would have Car Loan to pay which also means no saving for her too.

Having a loan is like a bondage. You are not free to spend your income as you like. Unfortunately, I am in that bondage now. I have a business loan to pay.
