1. People who use their “brain” to work or students who study hard day and night. — should drink more Chrysanthemum Tea.

2. People who need a lot of body energy to work or those people that do a lot of exercise everyday. — should drink Wu Loong Tea.

3. People who travel on a bike or work in dirty and polluted places. — should drink Green Tea.

4. For people who likes to sit down all day long and not doing anything even exercising — must drink Green Tea and Flower Tea.

5. People who smoke and drink a lot of alcoholic drinks. — should drink more Green Tea.

6. Carnivore (those people who must eat meat at least once a day, or feel sick or not feeling well.) — try to drink some Wu Loong Tea.

7. People who go to the washroom too often or too less. — should drink more Honey Tea.

8. People with high cholesterol and high blood pressure. — Wu Loong Tea, Green Tea.

9. Those who work with computers everyday. — need to drink a Lot of Tea (any tea will do).

Whenever you are working with the computer, you should make some tea; drink it when you are free.

Drinking Tea is healthy, it can protect and prevent the harmful Ultraviolet light from harming us (when using computer).

Furthermore, it can also cure us when we are tired and help making our body feel fresh again.

The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals..not cold water. Like what most of us like to do. Here’s an article that I read about the effect of drinking cold water with meals.

The cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this “sludge” reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed
by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer.

It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

My practice, I will only drink half an hour after meal.

Tips to Stop Snoring

SNORING TREATMENT TIP 1
Take a look at your diet. Although this probably won’t be the complete snoring treatment answer, it is worth starting with what you’re eating and drinking. You could well have intolerance to certain foods which affects your breathing, especially when lying on you back. For example, too much (or an intolerance to) dairy produce is likely to cause you to become blocked up with mucus, when horizontal, this collects causing heavy breathing and snoring. Alcohol is another common offender.

SNORING TREATMENT TIP 2
Being overweight is another significant contributor. Excess weight in the neck and chest puts pressure on the breathing passage.

SNORING TREATMENT TIP 3
Sleep on you side or front. Now this is easier said than done, because it’s hard to control your sleeping position when you are asleep! However, there is an old trick that may be worth considering. You could sow a walnut, table tennis ball or similar size object into the back of a shirt and wear that in bed. Each time you roll on your back it will dig into you, causing you to roll back again – providing you don’t take your shirt of in your sleep.

SNORING TREATMENT TIP 4
Use nasal strips. I found these to be very helpful, at least to start with. Nasal strips (often used by athletes) open the air passage for you, thus removing or preventing blockages. If your desperate it’s worth a try, but the cost can add up over the days, months and years.

Exercising the muscles in your throat, tongue and doing breathing exercises can completely cure your snoring.

For single mom…

I found this from the net. Interesting.

Question: I’m a single mom. How do I teach my son to pee standing up?

Answer: Actually, it’s not that important to teach boys to urinate standing up in the first place. Little boys have a small penis that usually points almost straight forward. When you teach them to urinate standing up, they’ll often pee on the back of the toilet or miss the bowl completely. And if your son should get distracted, perhaps by someone calling out his name (probably not knowing that he’s in the bathroom), he may turn, and then his urine will end up, at best, on the floor and at worst, in the bathtub or wastebasket, or on the wall. It’s better to teach him to urinate sitting down (like you do). Later on you’ll be able to teach him to urinate standing up in about a day.

I read that the best way to loose those stubborn fat fast is to do cardio (30 min minimum) right when you wake up. Here’s the rational. When you just wake up, your tummy is empty right? When you do exercise, your body will search for energy to use. When it finds nothing in your stomach, it will go directly to your fat storage for energy and the fat will burn up so fast!

I will definitely try this but if you are in a hurry to go to work, this is not so practical unless you wake up earlier. :P

Vicks Vaporub

I received a forward email about how Vicks Vaporub is able to stop coughing especially for children. When the weather is cold at night, they will start coughing. So I tried applying the vaporub on their feet and wear them socks before sleep. It works. No coughing during the night. After a few days, cough completely gone.

ACV Cures Sore Throat

I first learn about ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) when I was introduced to Coffee Enema for colon cleansing. We add some ACV into our coffee to make the cleaning of toxin more effective and ACV helps us to retain the coffee in our colon longer.

ACV is known to cure many diseases like allergies (including pet, food and environmental), sinus infections, acne, high cholesterol, flu, chronic fatigue, candida, acid reflux, sore throats, contact dermatitis, arthritis, and gout. Whenever I feel that my throat is sore, I quickly prepare a mixture of ACV with pure honey and drink it before I go to bed. The next day, sore throat gone.

Try it. I would recommend the Bragg’s brand as it taste and smell nicer than the one in my picture. :D

My wife is very allergy to dust and the weather. Sudden change of temperature from hot to cold, will coz her to start sneezing away. As I was browsing to look for remedy for runny nose I came across this interesting cure to runny nose. Make Love! What an excellent remedy! hehe. 

According to Barbara P. Yawn, M.D., associate professor of clinical family medicine and community health at the University of Minnesota and director of research at the Olmsted Medical Center in Rochester, Minnesota, a really good sex can make your nose run.

It seems that the same substances that dilate and relax the vagina when the woman is sexually aroused can also make your nose run. It will run and help to dry up the nose fast.

Interesting. Rather than refrain from sex when she is having runny nose, I should do it more often! :lol:
