It’s been a week now that I’m down with flu. The cold rainy weather does not help at all. Right now, in order for me to recover, I’m taking regular doses of supplements, bio-omega 3 and oranges. I have to get well before my family and I go up for our family holiday in Genting. Its not fun to go for a holiday when you are sick. In the first place, you should not go for a holiday if you are sick.

That’s why I’m trying my best to get well so that I can go for the holiday. If not, I’m sure my wife and children would be very disappointed. My wife deserves this holiday since it has been awhile since the last time we had our holiday break. I think even if I give her gold coins as replacement for not going, she would not accept it. Hahaha…not that I have one but that’s just to tell that she really need a holiday break. Taking care of 4 children is not easy. She need time to relax and rest too.

When I strapped the slimming belt, my mind was telling me that I’m going to be as slim as the beautiful sexy girl picture on the packing box. Or at least as slim as my wife. Okay, that would be too far stretch of my hope and expectation. Well then, hopefully it can reduce my waist measure to less 2-3 inches after I use it. Hmmm…sounds more reasonable…but still too high expectation. Ahhh…nevermind any expectation, just try it on.

After 10 minutes of zzzrrrr on my belly, I looked at my belly. Hmm…no changes at all. Hahahaha. There goes all my hopes of looking slim and fit. My belly still bulging. Could not see my one bun stomach turning to six bun stomach.

But wait…I can still feel the stomach muscles still “exercising” themselves. Hmm…that’s a good sign. As long as the muscles are exercising, then the fats are being burned and my hope of getting slimmer increases.

Ok…time to use the massage belt again. Maybe I’ll be slimmer in a week’s time. More achievable hope and expectation.

Good physical health is a great asset to most of us. Being in good health means that you are able to work and perform your daily activities without much difficulties. And that would enable you to get your monthly paycheck at the end of the month. And with that paycheck, you can spend it on your daily needs and invest whatever extras that you have either in property, stocks, forex, insurance or rare metals. Or you can also buy gold coins as another form of investment.

When you are sick, your deepest wish would always to get well and be healthy again. And for some of us, that wish would cost us lots of money. And many would spend large amount of money just to get back their good health again. So in your pursuit of making money, do not neglect your health.

When I was 18 - 25, I thought I could conquer the world. With much zeal, energy and passion, everything can be done or that is what I always told myself. I even thought that I could conquer any female I wanted without using Extenze. Yes, that is what being at the peak of your physical health can cause you to believe. But alas, things does not last long. I came to realize what millions of others have realized. We grow old and our bodies degenerate as time passes by.

When I got married, I enjoyed having sex with my wife. It is indeed the best gift that God provides for married couples. It is the uniting of two beautiful beings physically and spiritually. Now that I’m much older, my wife and I do find that we can’t perform as “vigorous” as we want to. Now I realize that many males out there need some support in their sexual activities. It is not so much of having a big ego but more of providing satisfaction for both parties. Male enhancement products like Extenze or Extenze alternatives does help and I believe it is okay and good for males who need some support to try out these products. If it brings satisfactions to both parties and brings them closer together, go for it. Check out whether these male enhancement products have natural herbs like Tongkat Ali, L-arginine, Epimedium, Tribulus Terrestris, and Cnidium Monnier.

My father-in-law gave me one plastic bag of raw Tongkat Ali roots when I got married. Did not need to use that at that time. Not sure where I kept it. Must go look for it coz I wouldn’t know when I will need it. So far still okay.

It is well known that fish oil is needed for our body. Fish oil contains polyunsaturated fat called Omega 3 fatty acids that our body needs. Unfortunately our body does not produce Omega 3 fatty acids and thus has to rely on outside source. Well there are two ways to ensure your body received sufficient fish oil or to be more specific the Omega 3 fatty acids. Firstly, you can eat lots of fish or secondly take it in the pill/tablet form. Well, I guess you can do both if you want.

I have the habit of popping in fish oil capsules whenever I feel that my body is weakening. When my nose starts to “run” or when I feels lethargic then I know my body immune system is low and needs to be strengthen. That is the time I ensure I take all the vitamins, nutrients and fish oil.

For those who want to know about fish oil benefits for the body, here are some of it:

Regulating the body’s cholesterol levels

Alleviate the symptoms of arthritis

Prevent rickets.

Preventing heart disease

Thwarting off certain types of cancer

Helping with cognitive function and brain development

Preventing depression

Protecting the brain from issues associated with Alzheimer’s

Promoting healing from injury or illness

Preventing the occurrence of ADD / ADHD in children

On the light note, when someone says that “John sounds fishy”, does that mean that John talks like a fish. Why fish is connected to something negative when is bring good health to our body? Anyway, if you smells fishy, don’t come near me.

You might have seen it in the media. Those sexy smiles and sexy curves they intentionally beam to us. Well, most guys would have noticed it and most girls would secretly wish that they have such sexy curves. Top movie stars or supermodels would have clean face and no unwanted facial or body hair. Most of them have gone for laser hair removal. And in those swimwear photos, there is definitely no unsightly leg or pubic hair shown. It is well known that these celebrities make sure everything would look clean shaven.

How can you look clean shaven? Well, there’s a few ways to do it.
1.	Get a shaving cream and a shaver and shave it.
2.	Get a tweeter and pluck it.
3.	Get some wax and wax (or rather pull) it out.
4.	Melt the hair away (Depilatories)
5.	Electrolysis – as the name suggests, using electric to burn the hair roots.
6.	Use Vaniga (yes vaniga not vagina) to reduce and inhibit the growth of unwanted facial hair.
7.	Laser treatment.

Choose any of these according to your need, budget, hair “problems” and free time. For those who want to consider long term effect and permanent hair removal, laser hair removal is a popular choice. A word of caution though. Not everyone is a suitable candidate for laser hair removal treatment. If you want to find out more about laser hair removal, you can locate the many centers like laser hair removal nyc.

If they tell you that laser hair removal has no risks at all, I would suggest that you say thank you to them and get out from there. There are risks involving laser hair removal treatment. Risks like redness, swelling, burns and change in skin color are common risks that you will face. Therefore, find the best specialist to minimize the risks. All the best.

Safety tips

As part of the report, the EWG also provided eight safety tips for cellphone users who are concerned about radiation. Here is a quick list of the tips. You can click through to the original list for more detail on each of the items.

Buy a low-radiation phone

Use a headset or speaker

Listen more, talk less

Hold phone away from your body

Choose texting over talking

Poor signal? Stay off the phone

Limit children’s phone use

Skip the “radiation shield”

The EWG also offers a one-page PDF that lists all eight of these tips along with a further explanation of each. IT professionals might consider distributing this PDF to employees who use company cellphones or posting it on the corporate intranet. Of course, you should consult senior management and your legal department before distributing something like this since it involves employee health.

Bottom line

While there isn’t conclusive scientific evidence proving that cellphones cause illnesses or diseases in humans, the EWG report does point to research that has shown links between prolonged cellphone use and brain cancer, salivary gland tumors, migraines and vertigo, and decreased male sperm count (from carrying a cellphone in the pocket).

A lot more research still needs to be done, but in the meantime it makes sense for mobile manufacturers to limit cellphone radiation whenever possible and for users to be aware of which phones produce the most radiation so that they can take steps to limit radiation exposure as a precautionary step.

Nokia, with five models in this top 10, and Samsung with three, were clearly the winners in terms of smartphones that emit the least amount of radiation. The surprising member of low-radiation list was the BlackBerry Storm, RIM’s first touchscreen device, since so many BlackBerries were on the other list.

If there’s another phone you’d like to look up, here is the full list. Also, when seriously evaluating any smartphone on any of these lists, make sure you click through and look at the EWG page with the details of the phone’s radiation emissions using different connections and doing different activities. The number listed is the maximum radiation rating, but it can be deceiving in some cases until you look at the whole picture.

For example, the iPhone 3GS has a rating of 1.19 W/kg, which is a middle of the pack rating. However, 1.19 is its maximum radiation level, which only happens when its connected in UMTS 1900MHz mode. In its other four modes, it averages 0.63 W/kg, which is more consistent with the lower tier of radiation emitters.

One of the scariest unknown technology risks of this decade is the issue of radiation from cell phones. There’s still an open question about whether long term exposure to these mobile devices will cause damage or disease to human beings.

The Environmental Working Group has a comprehensive new study (download the full report as a PDF) that surveys the scientific research on cellphone heath risks and provides radiation data for most of the current cellphones in use. Here’s how the EWG explained the mission of its study:

We at Environmental Working Group are still using our cell phones, but we also believe that until scientists know much more about cell phone radiation, it’s smart for consumers to buy phones with the lowest emissions. The U.S. government ought to require cell phone companies to label their products’ radiation output so that consumers can do the numbers at the point of sale. It doesn’t, so EWG has created this user-friendly interactive online guide to cell phone emissions, covering over 1,000 phones currently on the market.

The EWG study looks at all mobile phones, but since smartphones are becoming a standard tool for businesses and IT professionals, I’ve drilled down and looked at the list from a smartphone perspective. I’ve broken out the 10 smartphones that produce the most radiation, the 10 that product the least amount of radiation, and a list of the radiation ratings of some of the most popular smartphones that did not make either of those two lists.

When you look at these lists, keep in mind that the EWG has also included some older models that are no longer being sold but are still used by many workers and consumers. Also note that “W/kg” stands for watts per kilogram, a measurement for power density.

The T-Mobile MyTouch 3G, an HTC smartphone powered by Google Android that debuted to lots of fanfare this summer, topped the list of the worst radiation offenders. However, other popular smartphones dominated the list as well, especially BlackBerries and Treos. The BlackBerry Curve, the best-selling smartphone on the market in 2009, was a close second on the list, and it was joined in the top 10 by its cousins, the BlackBerry Pearl and the BlackBerry Bold.
